Hi Erick!
Unfortunately I’m not familiar with the Genesis framework.
At that time, I believe I assisted that user via e-mail and we found out that it was a setting in the theme/framework that had to be changed for it to work. I honestly don’t remember what it was (it’s been a year, after all) and now I regret not having documented what was the deal then.
Since I usually delete support e-mails afterwards, the only way I can help you out is by either getting the theme so I can test it locally or by getting administrative access to your site so I can verify in-situ what’s going on. Otherwise I have no other means to find out what’s happening over there.
Thank you for the offer Hector!
It turns out that once the plugin was running on Production, the issue resolved itself. It turned out to only be a Development server issue.
Thank you for such a great plugin. 😀
