Genesis Extension Disabled

    I’m running Genesis with the Altitude child theme with W3 Total Cache and the extension says it’s Disabled: Unsupported. Can anyone tell me why? Is there a feature I need to enable?

    As an aside, I’m using Cloudflare with this site which is supported and actually encouraged and using the minification on the Cloudflare side.

    I’m also running my own Genesis Child theme and get the “Disabled: Unsupported” message.
