(Genesis customised) mobile site text is constrained and not attractive

    Hi,
    New to wordpress, no coding knowledge…
    I am having trouble locating where I can change the dynamics for viewing on a mobile device.
    The website looks good on a computer but on a mobile, the text is squashed into the left hand side of the page and not flowing, so each line only has 1-2 words.
    The site has been customised and I seem to be having a lot of issues whenever I want to add something. Thinking of just starting on a new theme.
