    I created a custom block using Genesis Custom Blocks, and i add a post type filter, and specified the post type but when i am editing the block, the autocomplete input is pulling all the post types, i am using the guttenberg editor.

    Hi @bberrio,
    Sorry for the long delay.

    Is this the post type filter you had in mind?

    If so, that means that the block will only be available on those post types.

    For example, if only ‘Posts’ is selected, it won’t be possible to add the block to a page.

    But maybe that’s not the post type filter you had in mind.

    Hi @ryankienstra I meant this filter https://imgur.com/RKALB8P, and this is the URL that is using to filter the content /wp-json/wp/v2/testimonial?search=qa&per_page=5&_locale=user The problem is that it is pulling all the post types instead of filtering by the testimonial post type

    @bberrio,
    Thanks for letting me know, that sounds like a bug.

    Where is the testimonial post type coming from?

    Is it from a public plugin that I can test, or is it something more private?

    It is a public plugin called CPT UI, to create custom post types

    @ryankienstra , Hi to give you more insight, the use of this param 's' => 'qa', at the moment of using WP_Query() makes the filtering by post_type fail, also the site is using 10.0.23-MariaDB-log and php 7.3.33
