Genesis 1.8.1 – Automatically Deleting Pages

    hello

    I am currently using the Genesis theme 1.8.1.

    I was trying to add a recent page I pade to a menu and when the udpate finished loading I it had deleted about 10 pages from completely different menu’s

    Are you able to retro-actively go back and delete what you did previously??

    HELP HELP HELP

    Any info would be great
