Hi,
unfortunately, the plugin won’t be able to gain access to that detail server level of details. But a knowledgeable server admin will definitely be able to help you.
If you manager hosting company is not able to provide the answer then you need to think about getting a better managed hosting like BigScoots. As a root user they can check everything.

Thank you for the update on this one.
I try to find better hosting, for quite some time now so I will consider your option.
What I am trying to figure out is whether there will be any impact on the reserver response time (because the company is based in Greece). And also because most of the clients are here in Greece also, how much do I have to invest in CDN.
On the previous matter, is there any alternative that I could use, as information, to narrow down the throttling process on the CPU?
Best Regards
The response time will be good and you don’t have to invest anything crazy on the CDN. You can just use Cloudflare: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/

Ok. I will have that in mind. It seems like a good plugin.
Also on the other question, is there any other method that would help me narrow down, somehow, this process that runs every hour and consumes CPU?
Best Regards
If it is happeing every hour then it is definitely a corn job either ser at the server level or at the WP level set by some plugin. You can try https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ to take a deeper look into that.

Yes, I have tried that plugin.
But even if I changed the time that the cron jobs that appear under the 1-hour interval, that one, cron job still runs.
Nonetheless, thank you for your time and your help on this matter and for your suggestions.
I will investigate this more.
Best Regards
