# Generic Error after submit

 * Hi, i installed and configured the plugin as your tutorial but after submitting
   it show “generic error” message. I enabled IP autentication on my MailUp platform
   and the connection test gone successful. How can i solve this issue?

 * Hi Vincenzo,
    It is likely that your actual IP address is not the one you added
   when enabling IP authentication. Any submit attempt from an unauthorized IPs 
   is logged here:
    - ENG: Settings/Advanced settings/Developer’s corner /Troubleshooting/Email
    - ITA: Configurazioni/Opzioni avanzate/Opzioni sviluppatore /Manutenzione/Email
 * In addition, if you want to be sure the problem is in the IP validation, you 
   could temporarily disable it.
