Generate webpages with embedded video on the fly

I’d like to use a plugin, similar to:http://www.embedplus.com to generate web pages on the fly depending on the video requested by the user. Say I have a bunch of posts that have links to videos. I want to be able to design a video player page (not embed the video in each post) and then, depending on the video requested, have it display that video. An easy although time consuming way is generating one of these pages for each video – this doesn’t work for me. How can I do this?
