Generate Static files with too many errors

Hello,
I am trying to host my WordPress site on GitHub. When I go to the generate tab in Simply Static, there are only 2 files copied which are http://localhost:8080/WordPress/ and http://localhost:8080/WordPress/wp-includes/js/wp-emoji-release.min.js, the rest are just showing 404 error.
In the Settings, I set to use the absolute URLs and also include the C:\xampp\htdocs\WordPress/wp-content/uploads/ folder as well.
Can anyone tells me what I am doing wrong?
