Generate Site Map Button Unresponsive

    Hi, I’ve been enjoying the use of you plugin for a number of months on a number of image-based websites I control. However for the first time I’ve encountered a problem when trying to generate a site-map for an old site I’ve been in the process of updating.

    Simply put clicking “Generate Site Map” results in the page re-loading with no feedback or error message and nothing displaying under “Status”. I’ve checked via the FTP and the site-map definately isn’t being made.

    Are there any known plugin or theme conflicts for this plugin or any special permissions required? I am running a child of the Responsive Theme by CyberChimps, however I’ve tried running it with the Twenty Twelve theme active and deactivating all other plugins and I’m still finding it unresponsive.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Can you please try creating blank file (sitemap-image.xml) in root directory and make it writable.

    Hello,

    The button “create sitemap” he does not respond.

    I created a blank file (sitemap-image.xml) in the root and writable directory, and open the file, but no data. What I can do?

    Was the plugin working for this site previously? Also how you are adding images to this site like using any Slider plugin or Gallery plugin or anything similar

    Hello Undira, no, this is the first time I use this plugin which was recommended to me. Three days ago, just after the last update to version 3.3.4, download it and installed it on my wordpress.

    Seeing that did not work, uninstall and install again and everything was the same.

    I’m from Spain and my site is http://www.entrenovias.es

    Are you using any Gallery plugin or Slider plugin for images?
