I just installed the plugin, but I want it to create invoices for the entire year 2022, and the entire year 2023. How can I order it to create all the invoices in bulk?
If there is an error, how can I regenerate the invoices a second time?
By default, this tool only exports existing documents, but you can disable the “Only existing documents” to also create PDF documents in bulk for those orders that matches with the given conditions.

Actually I have 700 wrong invoices. How can I remove them???
We have an advanced extension that allows you to remove your invoices: Number Tools.
You’ll need to temporarily install this extension in your site, then go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Number Tools > Tools > Delete existing PDF invoices, and choose the data range to remove invoices.
Please note that this action CAN’T BE UNDONE, so be careful. My recommendation is to create a full backup before run this action.
Thank you very much for your reply, but where is the option TOOLS??? I’m in Number Tools and I can see the last invoices but I can’t do anything with them
Are you sure that you have installed the latest version of Number Tools (v2.4.1)? If not, please download the latest version and update it in your site.
I don’t know how, but I had an older version of that plugin downloaded.
I think it’s because I did some research on the forum and followed the wrong link. Now I have the updated plugin and get the option to delete invoices.
