Generally satisfied, but wondering

I think Jeff Farthing has done an admirable job with this plugin. It works remarkably well out of the box. But, I have had a few issues, as have others. And although there are regular updates, it’s hard to get immediate support when problems come up. You can tell on the WP support board that follow ups are intermittent at best, and his site’s support closed down over a year ago. I’m having a little problem with log out on a couple of sites, and don’t see any recent comments about them. But, overall, it’s a good piece of work. It’s one of the few I would upgrade to 5to7/365day paid support if the price was reasonable and kept him in it.
