• Been using V3 and the pro version for a while. Works as billed.

    But last week a user reported a bug in the CAPTCHA systems while using Safari (I use Chrome). I tested on Edge, and the bug was there too but not in Chrome while in incognito mode. Lord know how many subscribers I lost in the years before this one fellow emailed me his bug report.

    Now, here is the good and the bad:

    First, implementing Google CAPTCHA V2 was fast and easy, so you can get around it quickly.

    Second, the pro support (after confirm they could see the bug) wanted me to clobber my production systems by replacing the theme and disabling all plugins, then re-enabling them one-by-one. In short, they wanted me to do their job for them. That’s not support, that’s abuse.
