General settings Time Zone

    In my general settings in the time zone setting it is set to UTC-8 which is not correct for my location. The fly out when I select it has nothing in it to select. Is there a way to get it to show all the different settings so I can select it?

    Update: the UTC is “UTC+0” instead of 8
