Hi,
Have you checked this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/general-setting-blank?replies=10?
In case you did, can you tell me the Last Error from Debugging Data, under General Settings.
I only need the first part, till Stack trace:.
Thanks Alin, I’d already checked the thread before posting a new one on the same topic as I couldn’t figure out a solution from the discussion you were having over there.
I’m not acquainted with Debugging Data. How do I do that?
Installed the plugin Debug Objects. The General Settings of Analytics plugin doesn’t show any data when the Debug button is pressed whereas Frontend and other settings show up a huge information.
The best solution is to disable all plugins (except for GADWP) and enable them one by one until you’ll find the one it conflicts with.
Thanks but I’ve already done that. I disabled all the plugins except GADWP, and GADWP wasn’t working.
When I activate GADWP, the WordPress Dashboard loses many notification buttons. Just an addition.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall?
Can you look in your PHP error log for warnings and errors and post the relevant ones here?
Using an outdated WordPress install is unsecure, please consider updating it!
A simple uninstall and re-install seems to have solved the problem!
Thanks for all your help!
But when I paste and save the access code, the General Settings refreshes and comes to a blank page again.
Can you look in your PHP error log for warnings and errors and post the relevant ones here?
Installed Error Log Monitor. It says ‘The log file is empty.’
Ask your hosting provider where that file is located and what’s its name.
