General questions about 3D FlipBook

    Hello,

    I’d like to have some answers about your paid version of 3D FlipBook for WordPress :

    • Can it be read on iPhone on single page view ? Most of the time readers display 2 pages side by side which is very difficult to read on iPhone…
    • When the PDF is loading, is the first page loading quickly ? I mean can we start reading something even if the eBook isn’t totally loaded on the page ? We’re concerned about performance…
    • Is there a way to perform some text search inside the PDF ? Also I’m planning to use a plugin like WPSearch or Relevansi : will it be working with your plugin ?
    • Last question : with most PDF readers, when you’re reading on iPhone or tablet, you can do “select all” and then “copy / paste” the PDF content. Is it something that can be done if using your plugin ? Because we’re very concerned with content protection.

    Hi,

    1. Yes, it focus at active page. Since 1.16 it will show only one page.
    2. It uses PDFJS library for rendering PDFs, so it fetches only requested data if your webserver allows to use range requests and do not use gzip for PDFs.
    3. Yes it can search inside PDF, but does not integrated with other solutions.
    4. No, this plugin does not allow text selection.
