# General Options dot php

 * I thought it would be a good idea to set the homepage and blog setting to a url
   that I own. However, I redirected the URL and the changes havent propagated yet.
 * So the blog and homepage settings have screwed up my wordpress installation, 
   how can I edit the general-options.php to get them back to where they were before?
 * TIA

 * Consider using [phpMyAdmin](http://codex.wordpress.org/phpMyAdmin) to make sure
   your `wp_options` table has the correct values in `siteurl` and `home`.
 * `siteurl` is your WordPress address (URL) and `home` is your Blog Address (URL).
