In order to use messages to agents, users must register specifically as agents. The problem is that the plugin is integrated into a page with more plugins and the registration is general of the page.
Would it be possible that when they register on the page, they are automatically registered as agents?

You can assign role of rem_property_agent when registering them. In WordPress you can already choose the default role of users who registers. If you’re using some other plugin for registration process, that may have an option to set role of registered users.
