• Hi,
    I have
just installed the plugin and first impression is great!
However i am having some issues:

    1) on mobile top header there is a white line between the logo and the header tittle. i cant find a way to remove it.
    2) my website is in NL and EN but texts are messed up. where do i edit the titles, emails subjects and the body text? on plugin customiser or on woocommerce > emails ?
    3) when i add the texts i need in the right place, how do i translate them?

    looking forward to your reply
    Thank you!
    Gustavo

  • Hey,
It wouldn’t be an option. there should be templates section of the status report.

    see here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/

Hi, yes i see the template section. but what should i send to you?

In your template section are any templates being overridden? You don’t need to send me anything, just want to clarify that you are not overriding templates.

okay but how do i know if they are being overridden?

    my template section https://ibb.co/7JkxBg0

If it’s listed it means it’s being overridden.

ok, try activating another theme like twenty nineteen and then test saving text.

okay but if i do this and activate my theme again i get everything back? i cant lose it there is a lot in this website.

    yea you won’t lose anything.

But when people talk about it being a concern I usually find that people don’t have regular backups. So since you mentioned it as a concern:
You should have daily backups. If you don’t, stop everything you are doing and get started with daily backups. There are lots of free options and most hosts offer this for free as well.

it seems to be saving the texts now. i just still cant find some strings. i already asked WPML but they didnt manage to find the reason yet.

on another note, is it possible to hide the footer content ( not the whole footer ) on customer new account and reset password emails?

What strings are you having trouble finding?

You can hide the footer content by leaving the fields empty and choosing not to show the footer social icons. You can add this into the footer text area so no placeholder text shows: &nbsp Does this work for you?

i would like to hide the footer content only in two types of emails

    – reset password
    – new account

    is it possible?

for the other emails i would like to keep it.

    Hey,
It’s not an option within the plugin. You would have to code in conditional login to the woocommerce email footer template to control something like that.
