Gear icon and editing menu has disappeared

    Hi, I’ve been using otterblocks for a little while, but have come back to my site and the gear icon has disappeared. When I click on a block the editor menu on the right hand side doesn’t appear either. I’ve tried de- and reactivating, and going back to a previous version, but nothing has helped. I’m using Generate Press, and haven’t changed anything apart from regular updates. Please can anyone advise?

    Hey @spacebug3,

    I’ll recommend you to install Health Check plugin on your site and use it’s troubleshooting mode.

    The troubleshooting mode disables all the plugins on your website only for you, the admin, so it lets you see which plugin is causing this issue.

    You can enable them one by one and confirm if it’s a plugin conflict or something else. Let us know your findings if it’s Otter so we can look more into it.
