    Hi,

    I updated the plugin this morning and then set up the GDPR settings, unfortunatly there are no tick boxes visible in my form, what am I doing wrong?
    Can’t find any further settings to add the checkbox feature.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    We have launched the GDPR related features for Optin Cat today.

    The GDPR checkbox only displays after someone entered their email and clicks submit.

    Using v.2.2.0
    After submiting, input fields disappear but no checkbox appears.
    EU GDPR checkbox – ON
    Only show checkbox if subscriber’s browser registers to the EU – OFF
    Double opt-in option active.

    We think this can happen because of some JavaScript caching on your site.

    Hello Everyone.

    Sorry for the troubles. We are still investigating these issues, and would like to get some details and take a look at your forms.

    First please note that the checkbox appears only after a user attempts to subscribe.

    Secondly, we are now aware of an issue where if the description of the form is hidden, the checkbox does not appear. (as the checkbox would normally be contained in the description). If that is the case please unhide your description and simply leave it empty until we can patch this.

    Third, I require some details on the forms.
    1. Please confirm you have settings the GDPR setings, filled out the Consent Message. these settings do not work if the Consent Message is left blank.
    2. Please let me know exactly what happens when a user attempts to subscribe with one of these forms.
