There is an option to do not store personal data in the cloud https://cleantalk.org/help/store-the-content-of-messages As well as you have an option to move your data to the EU https://cleantalk.org/help/storage-location

Also, if you use a custom app (which is available under API method spam_check()), you can send in the cloud encrypted/anonymous hashes of IP/Email https://cleantalk.org/help/api-spam-check

Does it solve privacy issue?

PS The cloud automatically distributes data of EU users to the hosting inside EU. If your data still remains in the US (which is default location), please drop us a message https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open
