    Hi,

I’ve installed the GDPR compliance plugin on my WP site. I’ve configured all settings and then tested the plugin.

The cookie banner appears and all seems to be working fine, but if then I click on the “Accept” button and then the mechanical wheel icon, the text inside “Privacy overview”, “Strictly Necessary Cookies” and “Analytical Cookies” doesn’t appear.

See how the plugin behaves on this video:

When I inspect the site, I can see that <style=”display:none;”> has been added to all buttons, but it doesn’t get removed during the whole time.

Many thanks in advance and I’ll wait to hear from you

    Hi @sitebites

    Thanks for using our plugins.

Can you please check that you don’t have any console errors (Chrome > Inspect > Console) on your site?

There also might be some conflict with your theme or plugins, or with a caching plugin that should be investigated by your developers.

If you don’t see the updates correctly, the best is to view the site in a private browsing window or you can use a different browser to ensure that your local cache does not interfere.

    Hope this helps.
