• Hi guys,

I’m using the E!A WordPress plugin and have a problem with the GDRP option. I’ve turned on the GDPR checkbox and the functionality seems to work fine. The problem is no ‘X’ or tick appears in the GDPR checkbox when it’s been checked by the user, so the user can’t tell whether they’ve checked the box or not.

The background to my form is white, but I’ve tried it with various background and text colours and still cannot see anything in the checkbox to show it’s been checked.

I’ve seen there is a Custom Style box on the Customize form. Can I use this to style the check box tick? How do I do this please? I’m not a great coder so an example piece of code would be really appreciated.

    Many thanks for your help,
    David

  • I am using version 2.3.12 of the plugin. I also have the problem that the GDPR checkbox does not work as expected – the customer can submit the form without checking the checkbox. Please check while the form logic fails and fix that, please. I can also debug it but don’t want to introduce custom fixes to the plugin. Thanks!
