GDPR – checkbox in form and option in admin tab seem to be useless

    Hi,
    thanks for this great plugin.

    During trying GDPR settings I found the following

    1. if letting GDPR setting unchecked in the form an email is sent to email if checkbox is turned off
    2. If setting “Save downloader name/email” in the admin page in tab “GDPR consent” the name and the email address are sent to the admin

    For comnpliance reasons to GDPR my expectation is
    1. There is no email sent if consent is not given
    2. The name and the email address are not saved anywhere if the option Save downloader name/email is set to NO
