# GDPR and language Bug ?

 * the GDPR notice is displayed even if OnPremise (This host) is selected:
 * We use WP Live Chat by 3CX as our live chat platform. 3CX for processing in accordance
   with their Privacy Policy. WP Live Chat by 3CX for processing in accordance with
   their Privacy Policy.
 * And if I use a custom text for GDPR notice this will still be displayed.
 * And the English text will be displayed although the web pages language is German
   and German is displayed for all other plugins.

   is still waiting for approval. After approval by wordpress translate team, plugin
   will be fully translated.
 * We distribute .po and .mo files together with our plugin with full translations.
   As a temporary fix, until we get translations approved, you can download them
   manually from our svn and replace the ones in your plugin installation.

 * About 3CX Privacy Policy displayed with on premise server you could have point.

 * But:
 * My problem is: i do not use your chat flatform. I use my own host. For that it
   ´s not correct that wp live chat shows the message:

   this form, you acknowledge that the information you provide now and during the
   chat will be transferred to WP Live Chat by 3CX for processing in accordance 
   with their Privacy Policy.

   version 8.1.5 with a fix for this issue. 3CX Privacy Policy doesn’t appear when
   you select On Premise chat server.

 * Hello!
    I have a similar problem. Since there is no translation to Croatian, 
   I have translated the whole gdpr notice in the “Use as custom text” section.
 * To the visitors, it is shown with this:
    We use WP Live Chat by 3CX as our live
   chat platform. By clicking below to submit this form, you acknowledge that the
   information you provide now and during the chat will be transferred to WP Live
   Chat by 3CX for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
 * Is it possible to remove it, since it has been included in the translated custom
   text?
