Hello,

Thanks for your plug in !

I would like to map several values with the description field of google.

At the ” Field Mapping ” step, can I add g: description several times with different values?

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Unfortunately you can only map 1 attribute to Google’s g:description field.

Why would you want to use multiple different attributes for this?

I woudl like to add more text in description !

I’m using this info : Diamètre cuisson 39 cm = Cuisson pour 6-8 convives, Allumage au charbon de bois ou au bois, Jusqu’à 400°C avec une grande plaque de cuisson, Facilement transportable & posable sur toutes les tables

But I would like add text in these fields : Nos conseils, La marque , L’entretien and caractéristiques.

According to you it’s possible ?

Thanks for the clarification so you would like to add some words in an existing description attribute? That unfortunately won’t be possible.

For the value description : For the descrpition, I use FA-FW, but in xml file I have no more FA FW, it’s just : iltre à charbons actifs = Développement optimal du vin Faible consommation électrique et Gaz écologique Affichage digital de la température = Contrôle précis Baisse de température = Alarmes sonores et visuelle

For the value Highlight : In my product page, I have bullet point but in the xml I have no more bullet point : Modèle professionnel de chez Liebherr fabriqué en Europe Technologie MagicEye pour un réglage ultra précis de la température Filtre à charbon FreshAir qui renouvelle l’air sans risque pour le vieillissement du vin Garantie 2 ans

As you can see it doesn’t make sense. I should be able to add a period at the start of each sentence or a line break.

How can I manage the appearance for google shopping ?

My request is clear ?

Hi,

Our plugin strips out all short-coding and HTML as that is not allowed to be added to product feeds. Most marketing channels will disapprove your products because of it.

I just would like to have a good display in google shopping.Just in adding bullet point, it can be efficient !

Can you make something or give me more information to help me please ?

Hi,

A few releases back we added the option to use unfiltered (short) description attributes in the field mapping so this should work now.
