    I don’t have access to that particular theme, but if you can provide a link that demonstrates the issue maybe I can tell something useful from that.

    @rachelshome, we know a bit about Genesis so maybe can help. What is your site, and what literally is the behavior you’re seeing with Outreach Pro? Do you get an error message? If not, what happens instead? No guarantees we will be able to offer a solution but willing to try.
