  • Inserting a PDF into a post with GDE results in a pop-up window to insert a shortcode, however the INSERT button is greyed out so will not insert anything.

    Yes, I ran into the same problem. It is necessary to write a shortcode with the keyboard.

    Same problem here. Tried disabling all other plugins but it didn’t help. In Chrome’s developer console there are errors when the GDE pop up dialog is opened:
