GD bbpress Attachments page blank in admin

    I’m unable to properly insert an uploaded file into the forum. After using the upload feature in the forum it shows me the file name that was uploaded but does not give me an insert option. If I navigate over to the media library I can see that the file indeed was uploaded but this is problematic for my front end users who don’t have access to seeing that library.

    After troubleshooting I’ve noticed that the Attachment Settings page under the Forum tab in my dashboard is blank. Any suggestions on what the problem could be and/or a workaround?
