Gateway Timeout

    I have used this plugin before on another site, but am having problems with importing members. It is only allowing me to update like 20 at a time and am getting a gateway timeout error. I went in to the server and changed the permissions, but it still isn’t importing correctly. I have imported members on this same server for a different site with no issues. Can you provide any insight as to what I may need to do?

    @ttate81,

    Good morning, the problem is not from the plugin. Maybe you have a nginx as a reverse proxy of Apache and nginx is the one who is stopping the execution.

    Could you check it? All this are problems from long operations in some hostings with limitations.
