 * Is there any way to gate or require a name and email for the support chat box?

 * I am sorry we don’t have a pre-chat survey to collect this data.
 * At the moment you can collect the user name and email only from
    the “we are 
   offline” form.

 * There are no plans for that feature at the moment:
    the reason is that Flyzoo
   is a community chat system so we are mainly focused on that kind of features!
 * We might add that in the future of course, but I can’t
    tell you an exact release
   date now… stay tuned 🙂
