Garbage messes up header

    Could you please be more distinctive on what “Garbage” is, and what header might be messed up? Screenshots would help.

    For clarity, This plugin adds a fixed position bar at the top of your browser screen to show announcements. Fixed position CSS doesn’t work well with some custom themes.
