 * The ticket number of my original support request is (#79886) I asked for a refund
   on that ticket on 8/12 and received no response. I opened a second ticket (#80331)
   and didn’t receive a response so I left a review of my experience. Now I receive
   a response and also received a message on Facebook that I would not receive a
   refund until I removed my review.
