    Installed, had some trouble with connecting the plugin to wordpress.com. I had an issue initially stating that my SSL was not setup correctly, but it did eventually connect – then told me SSL was broken again later on. While this plugin was active my page load times increased tenfold. Absolutely ridiculous for some page stats.

    Contacted support on the SSL issue and they closed my ticket because I had one open with Akismet already for the same issue. The outcome of their support was *shrug*. Not worth wasting any more time on this junk plugin. I know I’m on the free version of the plugin, but if that’s how support works I’ll never give them a dime.

    Sorry for the trouble, and for the bad support experience. I found the 2 tickets, and it does seem like the 2 problems are indeed linked. That is why my colleagues opted to keep the discussion in one place.

    We are not giving up on you though and we will do everything we can to help you get this fixed. I see you replied with some extra information a little while ago. I’ll take a look at it and see if I can help!
