   the chat feature. Guess what, no refund! If you’re reading this, consider downloading
   WAme plugin instead.

   refunded your purchase.
    And we accept that there is a lack of clear documentation
   on how to use it. We will improve the guidelines. Still it is disappointing giving
   a negative review before asking anything.
