Gaps on pages whilst loading

Hello,

So I’ve just finished a client website, but I’ve noticed that when the website is loading, (specific pages such as services and the cart page of this site)

I don’t know why it loads like this as the other pages seem to load fine, but with these pages for example, during the loading process there are two massive gaps on both sides of the page, see image to see what I mean. But is there a way for me to fix this and make it look normal during the loading period.
