# Gantry Framework problem

 * I have Gantry framework 4.0.4 installed and I am trying (and failing) to setup
   a wordpress theme called Easy Customise WordPress Theme by WooDoo.
 * The site address is [http://www.artixium.com](http://www.artixium.com) and the
   following is the issue:

 * The server is Linux based and is running PHP 5.3.23 and MySQL 5.5
 * Any ideas would be most appreciated.

 * Hi,
 * It looks like Gantry cannot save session info as your hosting company blocked
   the access to the PHP tmp directory. Can you please ask them about it ?
