# Gantry framework admin widgets unresponsive

 * I’m using a commercial theme called Amoveo which is based on the Gantry framework.
   For quite a while now i’ve had a problem with unresponsive widgets in the Gantry
   admin panel.
 * I’ve tried disabling all other plugins – still the same. I’m not getting any 
   response on the Gantry support forum, so wondering if anyone else has had the
   same issue?

 * I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek 
   support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we
   support, [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
   here.

 * Unfortunately, the theme author is no longer providing support for the theme.
   Guess I’m not going to get this resolved!?!?

 * We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial themes as you paid for
   support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors 
   in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.
