    Hi,

    I’ve set up a number of steps from LearnDash courses to achieve digital badges when user complete quiz, upload assignments etc using Gamipress.

    The issue I’m having is that these steps are not been recognised by Gamipress. Each step is not being struck through when complete and digital badges are not being awarded when courses are complete.

    I’ve ensured the ‘sequential steps’ is off and have logged in as new users but still the same issue.

    Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I am able to award badge via admin awarded only.

    Hi @mrandrewsonline

    Your issue sounds like there is a plugin conflict or a wrong setup because the LearnDash integration events are working correctly

    First check the following things:

    1 – Have you setup any limit to this steps? For example, like limit it by 1 Per Day

    2 – Have you tried this steps but with built-in events? Like comment on a post, log in, or visit a post, etc

    3 – Have you tried to deactivate all plugins (except GamiPress, LearnDash and the integration) and switch to a default theme?

    GamiPress offers you ways to award your users manually, but the intention is make GamiPress to work automatically without your intervention to facilite the work

    Hi @rubengc,

    Thanks so much for the reply. I really do appreciate you getting back in touch so quickly.

    The issue was that the theme needed updating.

    I’m loving some of the features of Gamipress by the way, you’ve created a brilliant, powerful plugin.

    Now to set up Ranks and Points …
