Game Changer

Really love this plugin, even got the PRO version same-day because it helped that much! I tried using other folder plugins for the media library, but they were absolute hassles. I really like that this one has the folder management right there where the media library is, because others have separate tabs for everything. The PRO version allows you to make folders for other things too, so while I got this for my media library, I can also use it to organize my page list and the page types from other plugins. Spent a few minutes organizing everything for the first-time setup, and after that I can just upload things to the right folder the first time.
