Gallery Settings – RuntimeException thrown

    Hey ,

    whenever i try to enter the gallery settings tab in the gallery menu the following error message appears with nothing else. I can’t seem to figure this out.

    RuntimeException thrown

    /home/vhosts/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_gallery/templates/slideshow/nextgen_basic_slideshow_settings_gallery_dimensions.php is not a valid MVC template
    “

    I can’t seem to be able to fix this ! any ideas ?
    NOTE: I’m currently using WordPress multisite with 2 sites online.

    @basharqassis – Are you seeing this on the main site of the Multisite or a sub-site … or both?

    @basharqassis – We have not been able to see this issue in our tests, do you have a single site installation to check if this is occurring there as well?

    Same problem on the single site installation ! could it be a server related issue ?

    @basharqassis – I’m thinking there might be something in the server environment that could be contributing to this issue.

    What are you seeing in the top half of the right column under Gallery > Overview (on the single site for now)?

    You mean the server settings ? both the multisite and the single installation have almost the same settings
