# Gallery Setting Sort Order

 * Is there a way to force the gallery sorting so that it doesn’t sort 3 digit numbers
   in descending order first then by 4 digits. What’s happening at the moment is
   4 digit numbers are showing up after 3 digit numbers in my galleries. Even though
   the gallery is sorted in Descending Order. I would expect the 4 digit numbers
   to appear before the 3 digit numbers.
 * I cannot add a preceding 0 to my 3 digit file names as they are a reference to
   the original file name a cannot be altered. My install is on a company intranet
   so I also cannot provide a link to the page I need help with. Please let me know
   if there is any other info that I can provide to help resolve this issue.

 * I also should mention I have the pro version of this plugin but have not received
   any response to my support ticket through the developers website going on two
   weeks now.

 * I am very sorry for the delayed response! I just replied to your private ticket.
   You can download a beta version that addresses this issue in it.
 * For anyone interested: an update (2.4.6) with the new sorting option will be 
   released in a few days.
