Gallery Preview always not showing some pictures

    There are supposed to be 10 pictures, but the preview will only show a fraction of them…

    If you reload the page often enough it may even happen that it will once show 9 or 10 pics, but usually it’s much less. Actually 2-6 normally.

    I checked out all possible settings like custom image size, different types of galleries like Masonry, Custom Grid, Creative, etc. but its always the same.

    No idea where the problem could be. We are running the latest version of WordPress with PHP 7.4.

    Any hints are welcome.

    Thanks for reaching out!
    I just tried to replicate this issue on my end, but all the images are displaying in the preview.

    This might be caused by another plugin/theme. Can you please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?

    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only this plugin and see if this happens with a default theme and no other plugins.

    Thanks a lot for you help. Very useful plugin to find problems.

    The problem is with the outdated theme, nothing to do with your plugin In Mozilla Firefox its actually OK, problems arise only with Chrome.

    By choosing a Custom Grid galery AND switching on the ‘Enqueue Modula assets‘ in Settings – Misc I was able to overcome my problem especially also in Chrome now it works properly in all browsers.

    This might be of help to somebody else too…
