@kerrycooks: As per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. Posting in an existing topic prevents us from being able to track issues by topic. Added to which, your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.
WordPress is free software – not a person or a team – and this free, volunteer-staffed forum is the only support resource available via wordpress.org. There is no “WordPress” to report anything to.
Finally I solved this problem, it was not a wordpress issue: my proxy was chaching the content.css stylesheet, causing the pages to load img.wpGallery class instead of new img.wp-gallery.
Now everything is working fine, the migration from 3.5 to 3.6 works as expected
