I installed the Gallery plugin last week and created a gallery which worked fine.
I’ve come to edit it today and Gallery is no longer shown on the dashboard.
When I view the installed plugins, Gallery is installed and activated, but there are no galleries?

I’m not sure if I installed it before or after I updated from WP3.9 to WP4.0.1
I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating with no success.

    Any ideas?

    Hi DaveHaw,

Chances are, the problem is triggered by the conflict of our plugin with another one. Please try temporarily deactivating the active plugins one-by-one (except our Gallery plugin), meanwhile checking if a menu with galleries will appear.

In case the problem remains, we kindly ask you to provide the access to the Dashboard (with administrator’s permission) and the FTP, so that we could understand the reason behind the problem. Since this data is confidential, it would be best if you created a private ticket on our support forum – http://support.bestwebsoft.com/.

We would be grateful if you added a link to this post to the ticket, this way, we could recall the case immediately.

    Regards,
    BestWebSoft Support Team
