Gallery Options Accordion has no titles or data

Sorry for the long post.

I am unable to display any albums or galleries. “Gallery not found. Please check your settings.”

I have been working from a new install of wordpress. I installed NGG (2.0.40) and NGGV(2.7) and got them working. I have two albums and 4 galleries, and I could display all of them.

Then I decided to install a database clean up tool, WP Clean Up.

After I cleaned up the database, I went back to see if everything was working.
Nope

The albums and galleries were not displayed. I can manage them, and they appear to be ok, but can’t display.

I discovered the gallery settings page is not displaying labels on the accordion, and no settings are filled in. The save button does nothing.

The “Other Options” page and accordion appear to be working ok.

I deleted the ngg plugin and re-installed.

I deleted the plugin directory with my FTP client, and re-installed thru WordPress.

I can still see that the galleries and albums are in tact, but can’t display.

I installed debug bar and several routines, and looked at the page with chrome “inspect element” but no clues. So I disabled debug again.

I looked at the DB with phpmyadmin and it looks ok, except I don’t know what ngg tables are supposed to be there. Here is what I see

I don’t see any table for other options, although it looks like it’s working, and I don’t see any table for gallery setting, which is not working. Here is a screenshot of the gallery settings page
