"Gallery option" does not work; wordpress strange behavior

    Symptoms gallery option does not work:
    If you want to upload images in the gallery screen that appears gray, but white screen (image gallery) inserted instructions do not appear, and if they want to do another setting editing is not working.
    Galery option works only if: Press-screen options and then refresh the page in the browser.
    These symptoms exist and if you disable all plug-ins and even reinstall the latest version of WordPress 4.2.3.
    If you go on Thirteen Twenty galery option does not appear on the edit page.
    The theme of my site is Flaslight from Kriesi.
