gallery of tagged images w/link to post

Hi Everyone,

I am using the Monotone theme at my blog, http://gorgeousearth.com.

On my about page, i have a gallery list of contributors to the site, and when you click on their names, a page opens with their profile.

I am tagging posts using the photo contributors’ names, and I would like to have a small thumbnail gallery on their individual ‘about’ pages that shows all their photos (one per post) and links to the post on which that photo is displayed.

Is that currently possible?
