Gallery not uploading files

    I ran into this about 6 months ago when upgrading to php 5.4 and waited to see if an update would fix it. I can’t upload files to a gallery. I get a php error. I looked up the log and found this:

    [15-Feb-2014 20:50:35 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/divinitr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/security/class.wordpress_security_manager.php on line 69

    I am running:
    WP 3.8.1
    PHP 5.4.25
    My SQLi 5.5.35-cll
    Apache 2.2.26

    Any help would be appreciated.
